These terms cover the use of ylwwebgrowth.com and the work we do for clients. They are written to be read rather than to be impressive. If something here does not match what we agreed with you in writing, the thing we agreed with you wins.

You are welcome to read, quote and share anything we publish here, including the Journal, as long as you credit us and link back. You may not copy the site wholesale, pass our writing off as your own, or scrape it to train a product that competes with us.
The design concepts shown under Design are our own work, made to demonstrate what we build. They are not templates for sale and they are not client sites.
Prices published on this site are current at the time of writing and apply to standard scope. A quote we send you holds for 30 days. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and approved by you before we start it.
We agree the scope and the launch date in writing before starting. Build fees are paid in two parts, half to book the slot and half at launch, unless we agree otherwise. The timeline assumes you get us content, photos and approvals when we ask. If those stall, the date moves, and we will tell you as soon as we can see it coming.
You own the finished website, the copy we write for it and the design, once the final invoice is paid. You are responsible for having the rights to any photos, logos or text you give us to use.
Care plans run month to month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Give us notice before your next billing date and the plan stops. If you leave, the website is yours and we will help you move it.
Included edit time does not roll over between months. Plans cover the site we built and maintain, not unrelated systems.
We will not promise you a ranking position, a number of enquiries or a revenue figure, because nobody can honestly control those. What we commit to is the work described in your agreement, done properly and on the date we gave you.
The website is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, and disputes go to the courts of British Columbia.
