YLW Web Growth is a web design business at 1190 Bernard Ave, Kelowna, British Columbia. This page explains what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email info@ylwwebgrowth.com and a person will answer.
Our enquiry forms ask for your business name, website, your name and your email address. We use that to reply to you and to prepare the audit or quote you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox. Our email is hosted with Google Workspace. Both providers can see the contents of what you send, in the same way any email provider can.
This site runs two measurement tools, and both watch behaviour rather than identity.
Microsoft Clarity records how people move through the site, including mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and screen size, and can replay those sessions as anonymised recordings. We use it to find the parts of the site that confuse people. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into a form field is not captured in a recording.
Google Analytics counts visits, tells us which pages get read and roughly where in the world people arrive from. It reports in aggregate.
Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. Our hosting provider, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, for security and reliability. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve the font files.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or install a content blocker, and the site will still work. Most browsers also send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal that these tools respect where required by law.
Enquiries stay in our email so we have a record of the conversation, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time. Clarity recordings expire automatically after 30 days. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email info@ylwwebgrowth.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled it you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This is a business website and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change what we collect we will update this page and change the date at the top.
