Zoe has spent more than 10 years in growth marketing, scaling e-commerce companies into the millions across a wide range of industries. She runs the growth side of every project. The traffic, the offer, the email, and the numbers that tell you whether any of it worked. Her specialty is the revenue a business already has and is not collecting. She finds it fast, and she is one of the few people we have met who can prove it in numbers afterwards.

Questions about working with us

Who actually does the work?

The two of us. Aaron Desilva and Zoe Pattison, with twenty five years between us. There is no account manager in the middle and no junior doing the build while a senior name sits on the invoice. That is also why we cap it at four builds a month.

What does Aaron do beyond building the website?

He looks at the whole business rather than the website on its own. Where revenue is being missed, where money leaks out of the systems and operations, and which inefficiencies are costing you time every week. It just all starts with the website, because that is where most of the losses show up first.

Do you lock clients into a contract?

No. Care plans are month to month. You can cancel anytime and the site goes with you. We publish our prices, we show the work before you pay for it, and we would rather keep you because the work is good than because you are stuck.

Will you work with my competitor?

No. We take one client per industry in the Kelowna area. If we build for a dentist here, we will not build for another one while that relationship is running. Once an industry is taken, it stays taken until that client leaves.
